
"Welcome to Comel's Cake & Cupcakes"
Since I resigned from MMHE and become a fully 'MOMMY', I have nothing to do except just focusing to my little cute baby boy named Elman Danish bin Mohd Shahrul Hanafi and checking my emails, updating Friendster and Facebook. But one day, I've received friend request at my Facebook account from one of my ex-colleague named kak Fadilah. Then, I viewed her profile and I saw lots of cakes & cupcakes pictures. Start from that, I've fall in love with cakes & cupcakes and I immediately call Chef Azie} to join her class. My first class was Blueberry Cheese Tart, Egg Tart, Portuguese Egg Tart, Coconut Egg Tart and Fruit Tart. 2 weeks after, I join 3 Tier Wedding Cake (Steam Butter Cream) class at Perling Indah Enterprise which is conducted by Chef Azie. Thank You kak Fadilah & kak Azie, without you all, this blog may not exist.

Blueberry Cheese Tart dibakar selama lebih kurang 15 minit.
Egg Tart yang telah siap dibakar.. Hmmmm..sedapnya...
Egg Tart dalam acuan yang kecil...rasanya lagi sedap dan lebih senang untuk dimakan.
My favourite ... Portuguese Egg Tart.. yummy.. ranggupnya..
Yang ni pon boleh tahan jugak rasanya.. Coconut Egg Tart.. Rasanya lain dari yang lain..
Oleh kerana Friut Tart ni adalah resipi Bonus dari Chef Azie, so, buahnya tak ada cuma custartnya sahaja..tapi digantikan dengan chocolate chip dan cherry..
Inilah hasil dari kelas Tart yang saya pelajari dari Chef Azie..sedap tau..
Amboi... sempat lagi berposing tu..
Uishhhh... khusuknya Chef Azie kita memerhatikan pelajarnya..
